Applications

The vacuum furnace is designed for heat treatment, carburizing and nitrocarburizing in pulsed glow discharge and rapid gas cooling of tool and fast-cutting steel. Especially suitable for processing of products which constructure carries the risk of cracking or deformation.

 Construction

The furnace is of horizontal type and comprises:
✓ vacuum chamber with double water-cooled walls;
✓ vacuum pump system;
✓ power supply and a control unit;
✓ water-cooling system;
✓ receiver with a compressor;
✓ rapid gas cooling system;
✓ gas introducing system.
