Applications

The three-zone vacuum furnace, like dual-zone, is designed for quenching products made of structural and tool steel in oil. The furnace can be used for vacuum carburizing, nitriding, nitrocarburizing and carbonitriding.

 Construction

The furnace is of vertical type and comprises:
✓ heating module;
✓ intermediate module for loading the workpieces;
✓ sliding screens separating the heating of the loading zone;
✓ cooling module;
✓ vacuum pump system;
✓ power supply and a control unit;
✓ gas introducing system;
✓ water-cooling system.
